Provides extended (1–4 month) in-home comprehensive pet and home care for households requiring continuity, reliability, and a steady, respectful presence.This is a private, limited-availability service. It is structured around clear scope, defined duration, and written agreement.

What this service includes:

This service provides routine, non-medical, non-emergency care and in-home presence designed to maintain continuity, calm, and oversight during extended absences.Routine pet care (feeding, walks, litter, hydration, play, companionship)
Support for recovery routines as directed (e.g., administering pre-prescribed medications, monitoring comfort, maintaining calm environments)
Emotional attunement and consistent presence
Maintaining daily household pet-activity continuity during extended absences
**Light home presence (plants, mail, basic oversight)
Consistent schedules and familiar routines
Limited coordination with designated contact, as agreed
This service does not include medical diagnosis, emergency response, or clinical decision-making.


What this service does not include

To avoid misunderstandings, the following are out of scope:* Care of adults, or dependents
* Deep cleaning, repairs, renovations, or maintenance work
* Financial handling, bill payment, or cash management
* Emergency or 24/7 on-call services
* Continuous reporting or surveillance
* Veterinary diagnosis/treatment or medical professional-level care
* Behavioural modification
Requests outside scope are declined or require a separate written agreement.

Structure and Commitment

• Minimum engagement: 4 consecutive weeks
• Fixed start/end dates
• Pricing is weekly and confirmed in 4-week blocks
• Payment is due in advance
• Limited availability by design
• This is not an on-call service.
Communication is periodic, regular and purposeful.All tiers include extended in-home care with overnight, in-person presence, offering continuity, stability, and trusted care for pets and the home during owner travel or absence.


Pricing (weekly, long-stay only)

Tier 1 — Pet Care & Light Home Continuity (Basic)$250 CAD / week · minimum 4 weeksRoutine pet care with light home presence to maintain continuity during absences.Includes:
Feeding, walks, litter, hydration, play, and companionship
Light home presence (mail, indoor plants, routine oversight)
Communication: daily pet updates and one weekly home update
Coordination: none, or a single notification to a pre-designated contact if an issue arises
This tier is designed for stable households requiring dependable presence without active coordination.Tier 2 — In-Home Care & Light Coordination (Standard)$500 CAD / week · minimum 4 weeksFor households with 1–3 animals, layered routines, or modest coordination needs.
Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:
Care for 1–3 animals or more complex routines
Increased in-home presence, as required
Coordination: limited coordination with up to 1–2 pre-authorized external parties (e.g., municipal services, veterinarian, cleaner, superintendent, or scheduled trades), limited to basic communication and scheduling
Communication: more frequent home or pet updates, as appropriate to context
This tier supports households that require continuity and limited external coordination during longer absences.Tier 3 — In-Home Stay & Multi-Party Coordination (Premium)$750 CAD / week · minimum 4 weeksFor arrangements requiring sustained, layered in-home presence, reliability, and multi-party coordination. Includes everything in Tiers 1 and 2, plus:Ongoing presence during extended travel, renovations, or transitional periods
Coordination: up to 3–4 designated external parties, including scheduling and follow-up, with client authorization
Higher-touch communication and observational oversight
This tier is suited to layered situations where continuity, presence, and coordination must be actively maintained.Tier confirmation: Final tier placement is confirmed following intake to ensure scope, expectations, and capacity are aligned.


Responsibilities and Limits

• Care is provided with diligence and good faith, based on intake information.
• Service provider not responsible for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed issues, or outcomes outside reasonable control.
• Clients retain responsibility for the condition of the home and animals, insurance coverage, and authorization for third-party work.
• When coordination occurs, I act as a point of contact only; and avisor and communicator: responsibility and decision-making remain with the client.


Agreement (required)

A one-page agreement is provided and must be accepted before dates are confirmed.
