Whats Not Included

This is a live-in care and continuity service for pets and home during extended absences. Only items explicitly agreed in advance are included within each engagement tier. It does not include:• Repair work or trade services
• Cleaning or property management beyond agreed scope
Open-ended or undefined responsibilities
• Emergency response actionables beyond reasonable judgment and communication

Engagement Structure

• All engagements are structured as weekly retainers for extended absences (minimum 4 weeks).
• Pricing reflects responsibility and continuity—not task volume.
• This is a presence-based service. Responsibility continues regardless of visible activity.
• Final tier is confirmed after a short intake to align scope, expectations, and availability.
• Availability is limited and scheduled in advance.

Tier 1 — Pet Care & Light Home Continuity
$300 CAD / week · minimum 4 weeks
For stable households seeking dependable care and calm continuity while away, without coordination needs.Includes:Daily pet care (feeding, walks, litter, hydration, companionship)
Light home presence (mail handling, indoor plants, routine visual checks)
Communication: daily pet updates + one weekly home summary
• Escalation to a pre-designated contact if needed for other matters
Best suited for:
• Clients with established routines who value a steady, trusted presence and do not require external coordination.

Tier 2 — Presence + Coordination
$650 CAD / week · minimum 4 weeks
In-home care with light coordination of services, schedules, and external contacts.For households with layered routines or modest coordination needs while away.Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:• Care for 2-3 pets or more involved daily routines
• Increased in-home presence, as appropriate
• Limited coordination with 1–3 pre-authorized external parties
(e.g., veterinarian, cleaner, superintendent, scheduled services)
• More frequent updates and context-specific care adjustments
• Coordination is limited in volume and complexity and does not include ongoing management of third-party work.
Best suited for:
• Professionals away for work or travel who want continuity with reliable, discreet presence and coordination.

Tier 3 — Presence + Coordination + Oversight
$1050 CAD / week · minimum 4 weeks
Full continuity with delegated oversight, communication, and situational awareness across home and care.For clients seeking peace of mind and wishing to delegate day-to-day oversight during extended absences.Includes everything in Tiers 1 and 2, plus:Sustained in-home presence during extended or complex periods
Primary responsibility for daily pet care and routine continuity
Authorized coordination and oversight of agreed household logistics
Communication with 3–4 pre-designated external parties as needed
(e.g., veterinarian, superintendent, cleaner, scheduled services)
Coordination of routine logistics(access, scheduling, follow-ups, time-sensitive needs)
Higher-touch updates, documentation, and situational awareness
Coordination is limited in volume and complexity and does not include ongoing management of third-party work.

Care, presence, and communication continue throughout your absence.
