Whats Not Included

Clients engage this service for continuity, judgment, and peace of mind—knowing that a qualified, steady presence is caring for daily life, observing conditions, documenting concerns, and escalating issues appropriately.This role does not include repair work, trade labour, or open-ended property management.

Engagement Structure

All engagements are structured as weekly retainers for extended absences (minimum 4 weeks).
Pricing reflects responsibility and continuity, not task volume.
Final tier selection is confirmed after intake to align scope, expectations, and capacity.

Tier 1 — Pet Care & Light Home Continuity
$250 CAD / week · minimum 4 weeks
For stable households seeking dependable care and calm continuity during absence, without active coordination.Includes:
• Daily pet care: feeding, walks, litter, hydration, play, companionship
• Light home presence: mail handling, indoor plants, routine visual oversight
Communication: daily pet updates and one weekly home update
• Escalation: coordination with pre-designated contact if an issue arises
Best suited for:
Clients with established routines who value a steady, trusted presence and do not require much third-party coordination.

Tier 2 — In-Home Care & Light Coordination
$500 CAD / week · minimum 4 weeks
For households with layered routines or modest coordination needs during extended travel.Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:
• Care for 1–3 animals or more complex daily routines
• Increased in-home presence, as appropriate
• Limited coordination with up to 1–3 pre-authorized external parties
(e.g., veterinarian, cleaner, superintendent, municipal services, scheduled trades)
• More frequent home or pet updates, and limited specialized care as appropriate to context
Best suited for:
Professionals away for work or travel who want continuity with reliable, discreet, and contained coordination handled quietly.

Tier 3 — In-Home Stay & Delegated Oversight
$750 CAD / week · minimum 4 weeks
For clients seeking maximum peace of mind and wishing to delegate day-to-day oversight of home and pet care during extended absences.Includes everything in Tiers 1 and 2, plus:
• Sustained in-home presence during extended travel, transitions, or complex periods
• Full responsibility for daily pet care and routine continuity
Authorized oversight and coordination of household matters, including:
o communication with up to 3–4 pre-designated external parties
(e.g., veterinarian, superintendent, cleaner, municipal services, scheduled trades)
o monitoring and coordination of routine household activities, payments or time-sensitive notices, as pre-arranged
o scheduling, access provision, and follow-up for approved repairs or services
• Higher-touch communication, documentation, and observational oversight
Important scope note:
Specialized care, repairs, trades, and restorative services are performed by third parties under their own contracts and responsibility. This service provides oversight, coordination, documentation, and single point of communication — not execution of technical or repair work.
Best suited for:
Senior professionals, public-facing leaders, and households where responsiveness, continuity, discretion, and calm reliable stewardship are essential while the client is away.
Tier confirmation:
Final tier placement is confirmed following intake to ensure scope, expectations, and capacity are aligned before engagement. This protects both parties and ensures the service remains effective, fair, and sustainable.

Care, presence, documentation, and communication continue for the duration of your absence.
